 TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes at
18.7%. The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates for Studio Pool Villa and One Bedroom Pool Villa are based on
single/twin/double occupancy inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons.
- Rates for Family Villa and Two Bedroom Pool Villa are based on occupancy of 4
persons, inclusive of breakfast.
- Extra person/bed charged at Baht 1,500 per room per night inclusive of breakfast.
CHILDREN’S RATES
- Up to the age of 4 years sharing bed with parents are free of charge.
- Children 5-11 years old will be charged at 50% of the extra bed rate inclusive of
breakfast. Sofa bed is provided.
- Children 12 years and older will be charged at the adult extra bed rate inclusive of
breakfast. Sofa bed is provided.
COMPLIMENTARY OFFERS
- Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, in-room fruit plate and free Wi-Fi
internet access in all area
- Complimentary scheduled shuttle bus from resort to Central Festival Department

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW POLICY
- Cancellation notice between 7-14 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee equivalent
to one night of the total booking value will be charged.
- Cancellation notice between 3-6 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee equivalent
to 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
- In case of no-show or cancellation made less than 2 days prior to arrival, the hotel
is entitled to charge full total booking value of accommodation.
