Prepayment: Guest will be 50% deposit room charged at the time of booking is made to secure room reservation
ancellation Policy: Reservation is non refundable, if modified, failed to arrival, cancelled,or early check out.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Mini Van Airport Private Transfer at Baht 1,000.- per way .Comfortable for 1-7 Pax. (Please make reservation at least 1-2 days in advance)

EXTRA PERSON & CHILDREN POLICY

Extra person with Extra bed (Sofa bed) is compulsory charged at Baht 1,200 per person per night .Max 1 extra bed per villa
Children up to the age of 4 years, sharing parents’ room with existing bedding is free of charge.
Children 5-11 years will be compulsory charged at 50% ( 600 THB) of the extra person rate. (Sofa bed is provided)
Children 12 years and older will be charged at the adult extra person rate THB 1200 (Sofa bed is provided)

CHECK IN POLICY

Check In Time is from 14.00 PM.
The guest will be required to present an ID to the hotel reception desk
The guest is requested to show the credit card you used to make the payment where a payment by credit card has been made.

CHECK OUT POLICY

Check Out Time is latest: 12.00 PM.
